Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gv99 ("gv99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the gv99 website located at https://gv99.vu and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, payment processing, and customer support.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the gv99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the gv99 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and gv99.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on the gv99 platform, used to access all gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds (which are tracked separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer, subject to individual wagering requirements.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited directly by the Player via an accepted payment method, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a sporting event or casino game through the gv99 platform.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available through the gv99 platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process gv99 conducts to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering standards.
• "Prohibited Jurisdictions" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the gv99 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or under gv99's operational policies.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the primary time zone used for all timestamps on the gv99 platform.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the gv99 platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. If gv99 determines at any point that a Player is or was under the age of 21 at the time of registration or during any period of platform use, that Player's account will be permanently closed, all Real Funds will be returned (subject to verification), and all winnings and Bonus Funds will be voided and forfeited without exception.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a gv99 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You are required to notify gv99 immediately if any of this information changes. gv99 is not responsible for any loss arising from a Player's failure to keep their registration information up to date.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is permitted to hold one active gv99 account at any time. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected for the same individual, gv99 reserves the right to close all such accounts, retain all funds as a penalty for breach of these Terms, and bar the individual from future registration.

3.4 KYC Verification

gv99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, Passport, or Driver's License), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus eligibility — may be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gv99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

All activity conducted through your gv99 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. gv99 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gv99 support immediately at [email protected]. gv99 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend account activity during the investigation period.

gv99 employs 256-bit SSL encryption, OTP two-factor authentication via SMS, device fingerprinting, and automatic session timeout to protect Player accounts. Despite these measures, you are strongly encouraged to use a unique, strong password and to enable two-factor authentication on your account at all times.

5.1 Accepted Methods

gv99 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location and account status. gv99 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request through the support channel.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your gv99 account within 60 seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be credited, subject to the processing times of the issuing bank. gv99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility.

5.4 Deposit Restrictions

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Any funds deposited from an unverified or third-party source may be withheld pending KYC resolution.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed the basic KYC verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed on accounts with outstanding KYC requirements, active account investigations, or unresolved bonus wagering obligations. Real Funds and cleared winnings are eligible for withdrawal at any time, subject to the conditions in this section.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawals to Nagad and bKash wallets are processed within 30 minutes of approval, around the clock including weekends and public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. gv99 targets the fastest possible processing time for all withdrawal methods.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits and Documentation

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. For any single withdrawal request exceeding ৳50,000, gv99 reserves the right to request additional documentation confirming source of funds. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not an accusation of wrongdoing. Documentation requests will be communicated via email and must be responded to within 7 calendar days.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Where operationally possible, withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. Where this is not possible, gv99 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative method. gv99 reserves the right to require an alternative method in cases where the original payment instrument is no longer active or available.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal Rights

gv99 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or suspend any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where an account investigation is ongoing. In such cases, gv99 will notify the Player via their registered email address and provide a reason for the delay where legally permissible to do so.

gv99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Bets are typically drawn from Real Funds first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred to another player, converted to cash, or applied to game categories that are excluded under the specific promotion terms.
• gv99 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on winnings generated from Bonus Funds, where stated in individual promotion terms.
• All promotions are time-limited. Bonus Funds not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically without notice or compensation.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

gv99 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Examples of prohibited bonus-related conduct include: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; wagering in patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (such as placing equally sized bets on opposing outcomes); and exploiting promotions that were published erroneously due to a technical error. Where bonus abuse is detected, gv99 will void the relevant bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and may permanently close the Player's account.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the gv99 platform are subject to the specific sporting rules applicable to the event in question and to gv99's betting rules as published in the platform's help documentation. gv99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or amend odds at any time before a bet is settled, where circumstances require — including but not limited to errors in odds publication, event cancellation, or market integrity concerns.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on gv99 are supplied by third-party Game Providers and operate under the rules and RTP parameters established by those providers. gv99 does not modify game mechanics or outcomes. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game session, bets that cannot be settled due to the malfunction may be voided and Real Funds returned to the Player's balance. Bonus Funds involved in a malfunctioned session will be reinstated in the same amount.

8.3 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the gv99 platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. If you place a bet in error, gv99 is under no obligation to reverse or cancel it. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match developments. gv99 makes no guarantee that any specific in-play odds will remain available at the time your bet confirmation is processed. Where an odds change occurs between your bet submission and acceptance, gv99 may either accept the bet at the new odds, hold the bet for review, or return the stake to your account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gv99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account under a false identity, using another person's personal details, or providing materially false information during the registration or KYC process.
• Accessing the gv99 platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy service, or other circumvention technology.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence programs, or any non-human means to place bets, access game outcomes in advance, or manipulate platform behaviour.
• Engaging in match-fixing, inside information betting, or any form of sports corruption that may affect the integrity of events available on gv99's betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an undeserved financial advantage. Any winnings arising from known or suspected software errors are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting money laundering through the gv99 platform, including structuring deposits to avoid transaction reporting thresholds.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward gv99 staff or support agents via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without their authorisation.

gv99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all registered Players at no charge and without requiring a support ticket:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit. Reductions to existing limits take effect immediately. Increases require a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified continuous period, prompting you to take a break and assess your activity.

All content on the gv99 platform — including but not limited to the gv99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and data — is the intellectual property of gv99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gv99 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any platform content; scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform using automated means; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use the gv99 brand or logo without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of gv99's intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may give rise to civil or criminal liability. All game content supplied by third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gv99 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the gv99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or market data displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be erroneous.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Interruptions to game availability caused by third-party Game Providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by gv99's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

gv99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

gv99 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors and Game Providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the services you have requested. All data transfers comply with applicable data protection standards.

gv99 retains account data for a minimum of five years following account closure, as required under applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support, subject to gv99's legal retention obligations.

gv99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gv99 will provide at least 7 calendar days' notice via a notice displayed on the platform and/or via email to your registered address before the new Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the gv99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continuation of use after the effective date waives any right to object to the revised Terms.

The version date displayed at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Earlier versions of the Terms are available on request from gv99 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gv99's place of incorporation as an internationally licensed offshore gaming operator.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of a dispute relating to your account, a specific bet or game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the gv99 platform, you must first raise the matter with gv99 customer support by emailing [email protected]. gv99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aims to provide a substantive resolution within 14 calendar days of receiving full details of the dispute.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with gv99's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by gv99 's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation body are available from gv99 support upon request.

15.3 Waiver of Class Action

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes between you and gv99 must be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action against gv99 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform.
